- My wife also uses Seldane for allergy attacks. However, she also has been
- using Vitamin C AND an equal amount of bioflivanoids, and that has greatly
- reduced her allergy symptoms so she no longer gets allergy shots. Lately, I've
- been hearing that the bioflivanoid Quercitin is supposed to be extremely good
- for allergies and asthma. You can buy that seperately at health food stores.
