I saw a commercial for a health insurance company that said we should drink 8
glasses of water every day because our bodies *use* eight glasses of water
every day. I don't think the recommendation is made as an appetite suppresant.

Do negative calorie foods exist? I really doubt this, but I'd like to see a
post from one of the doctors on this one.
