I have a list of specialities and the length of residency. But suppose you go into a sub-speciality. Do you first enter a speciality residency, complete that, then apply for some type of secondary residency? (fellow, maybe?) For example, suppose that someone wanted to be a Pediatrian sub-speciality Oncology/Hemotology sp? (okay, okay, so that's one of my interests.) How long would residency last? Would the person do their Peds residency, and then become a fellow in Peds (or maybe Oncology) Just curious abo
