  16. Here in San Diego, I get four six-packs of Johnson & Johnson Accuvue
  17. lenses for $99.  The annual exam is $185, and includes four six-packs.
  18. (If your prescription doesn't change, it's only $99, same as a refill.)

  20. I've looked at mail-order lenses and they are always a lot more expensive.
