  14. I am a newcomer to MAPLE, so please be patient if this is a FAQ:

  16. I have a list of points generated by another program, and would
  17. like to create a three-dimensional plot of the surface using
  18. MAPLE. Now, I did NOT find a solution to read these points from
  19. an external file into a list of points that can be used by
  20. "plots[pointplot]" within MAPLE! Since this is quite an easy
  21. task, I am quite sure that such a solution does exists. Any
  22. pointers how to proceed are appreciated!

  24. (I know that it is possible to write the program using MAPLE,
  25. however if there exists a better solution, I would prefer not
  26. to duplicate previous efforts).
