  15.    I was wondering if anyone has made a histogram for the number of bounced
  16. checks by congressmen.  I would imagine that if there were random problems
  17. with the house banking system, the histogram should be of a gaussian(?) form.
  18. At any rate, the statistics should suggest a cutoff on the number of bounced
  19. checks so that one could say the congressman X was or was not a victim of the
  20. banking system. I am not a statistician but this seems like an ideal problem
  21. for statistics.
