- Hi,
-
- I was wondering if anyone has made a histogram for the number of bounced
- checks by congressmen. I would imagine that if there were random problems
- with the house banking system, the histogram should be of a gaussian(?) form.
- At any rate, the statistics should suggest a cutoff on the number of bounced
- checks so that one could say the congressman X was or was not a victim of the
- banking system. I am not a statistician but this seems like an ideal problem
- for statistics.
-
- Thanks,
-
