- Does anyone out there have a FORTRAN program/subroutine/code fragment which
- uses the Scheeffer-Stolz-Van Dantsher method to classify the stationary points
- of a multivariate function?
-
- I need this for a first-year graduate course in operations research. I could
- probably write it myself, but time is of the essence.
-
- I'd prefer ANSI, VMS or Microsoft FORTRAN, but will take any dialect as long as
- I'm told the mods I need to make to get it to compile using a VMS or MS FORTRAN
- compiler.
-
- Direct e-mail replies are welcome.
-
- Many thanks in advance--
