  12. Does anyone out there have a FORTRAN program/subroutine/code fragment which 
  13. uses the Scheeffer-Stolz-Van Dantsher method to classify the stationary points 
  14. of a multivariate function?

  16. I need this for a first-year graduate course in operations research.  I could
  17. probably write it myself, but time is of the essence.

  19. I'd prefer ANSI, VMS or Microsoft FORTRAN, but will take any dialect as long as
  20. I'm told the mods I need to make to get it to compile using a VMS or MS FORTRAN
  21. compiler.
