  11. Some time ago, there was a discussion in this 
  12. newsgroup about ohmic contacts on silicon.
  13. Now I would to know the best ways to prepare 
  14. a Schottky contact on p-type silicon (especially for 
  15. the use deep level tansient spectroscopy).
  16. So, is there anybody out there who has experience in 
  17. preparing this kind of contacts ?
