  10. The Institute of Marine and Coastal Sciences of Rutgers University
  11. invites applications for a tenure-track position at the assistant
  12. professor level in the area of Physical Oceanography.

  14. Applicants must have a Ph.D., and an established record of published
  15. research and grant support. The successful candidate will be expected
  16. to teach courses primarily at the senior and graduate student level,
  17. as well as to establist an innovative, forward-looking research 
  18. program in dynamical or observational oceanography. Preference will
  19. be given to candidates with demonstrated expertise in studying the
  20. coastal and/or large-scale ocean circulation. A curriculum vitae
  21. and a statement of research interests should be sent prior to
