- The Institute of Marine and Coastal Sciences of Rutgers University
- invites applications for a tenure-track position at the assistant
- professor level in the area of Physical Oceanography.

- Applicants must have a Ph.D., and an established record of published
- research and grant support. The successful candidate will be expected
- to teach courses primarily at the senior and graduate student level,
- as well as to establist an innovative, forward-looking research
- program in dynamical or observational oceanography. Preference will
- be given to candidates with demonstrated expertise in studying the
- coastal and/or large-scale ocean circulation. A curriculum vitae
- and a statement of research interests should be sent prior to
