  17. The HELP model is what you are looking for.
  18. I did find an order form to obtain the program at no charge from the 
  19. USEPA. They also offer several other programs developed at taxpayer 
  20. expense. I intend to order the entire package which will consist of 
  21. 15 high density diskettes (either 3.5" or 5.25"). I am not sure if 
  22. the EPA will send the disks to a foreign address but here is the 
  23. information that I have.
