  13. I am looking for information on public domain or commercially
  14. available OPTIMIZATION software packages to solve constrained
  15. nonlinear problems? I am interested in those that use gradient
  16. based search techniques. I used a program called COPES in graduate
  17. school, but I don't remember its source.
