- I'm constructing a robot. It has Z84C015 (Z80 compatible One chip
- micro-controler) running at 10MHz. I need 27C256 EPROM to connect
- with it. The problem is its speed. I found some stores have 100nsec
- 27256 (not C-MOS type) in stock, and some have 150nsec 27C256. As the
- robot will run with batteries, current consumption is also big issue.
-
- Does anyone know where I can get a 27C256-100nsec ?
