  11.     We are looking for a PAL video to rgb converter, preferably one that you can 
  12. buy (cheaply) though a circuit would be better than nothing.

  14.     They must exist since just about every PAL TV must have something like it ..
  15. problem is they do not seem to be about!

  17.     We have an rgb frame grabber ... and want to grab some 
  18. images from a video recorder.
