- I have a Sony Walkman cassette player model WM-FX50. Its DC
- power input (1.5V,700 mA) takes a very small (~1.3 mm dia,
- ~1 cm long) coaxial-type plug. I bought the Sony AC adapter
- ($35 !!!), then promptly dropped the Walkman on the floor
- while it was plugged into the adapter, which snapped that
- tiny plug right off.
-
- Anybody have any idea where I could get a replacement plug? I've
- tried everywhere I can think of (Radio Shack, Newark, a local hobby
- place ...) with no luck; I'm sure Sony will want to sell me a new
- adapter for another $35, even though only the plug is broken.
-
- Any ideas?
