- I have been working with small scale pc board making and hate the direct etch
- and photocopy toner iron on methods. They just are a waste of time and money.
- I have been trying photo etching. For a while I have been using a plan light
- to expose the board. It does not do a good enough job and exposure
- time takes almost 40 minutes. I am looking for a UV lightbulb that would
- screw into a standard socket. But no one here at buffalo or at home in
- Long Island carriers anything like this. Photo etching seems to be the best
- method. Also I have been using blank copper board with pc resist sensitiser.
- Its not cheap but covers alot of board. Does anyone have hints to apply
- this properly to get good results or a supplier that sells single sided
- copper clad board pre-sensitized thats not expesive. I would appreciate
- any help.
