- Greetings,
-
- I am in need of a simple circuit to stretch a pulse produced by a micro-tremor
- vibration detector. I would like the circuit to run on 12v, which precludes
- (without adding a 5 v regulator) the use of a 74123 retriggerable monostable
- multivibrator. Is there another device, relatively commonly available, that
- that runs on 12v that acts like a 74123 (CMOS maybe?). Thanks!
- - Frank
- (The micro-tremor vibration detector consists of a gold plated ball resting
- on two gold plated parallel wires in a hermetically sealed unit. Vibration
- causes the gold ball to momentarly break the circuit, generating the pulse.
- The circuit can be wired to generate positive or negative going pulses).
