  10. I have a REALLY old SCOTT receiver. It works absolutely fine except for one
  11. very annoying problem. It has a constant hum to it. Even when volume is off,
  12. it hums through the speakers. If I shut off the speakers, there's no noise
  13. (obviously). What can I do to get rid of this hum if anything?
