  14. For pll-circuits have a look in the data-book CMOS/NMOS SPECIAL FUNCTIONS
  15. DATA from MOTORLA. You will seeemany pll-frequency-synthesizer. The compo-
  16. nentserie is MC145xxx. I worked with MC145145 and MC145151. I had no prob-
  17. lems. These ic's have all a feedbackcounter, a reference-forwardcounter and
  18. a phasediscriminator with two kind of outputsignals and a lockedsignal-
  19. output. These ic's have no internal vco. You can take as example the
  20. MC4046 (I dit it so) or others.
