- For pll-circuits have a look in the data-book CMOS/NMOS SPECIAL FUNCTIONS
- DATA from MOTORLA. You will seeemany pll-frequency-synthesizer. The compo-
- nentserie is MC145xxx. I worked with MC145145 and MC145151. I had no prob-
- lems. These ic's have all a feedbackcounter, a reference-forwardcounter and
- a phasediscriminator with two kind of outputsignals and a lockedsignal-
- output. These ic's have no internal vco. You can take as example the
- MC4046 (I dit it so) or others.
