- WHOA!!! This is the old scoop! The 'under 100mW' law was
- superceded years ago. Part 97 now has field strength limits
- for all ranges of frequencies, and of course, regardless of
- power, one cannot interfere with primary users of any band.

- Low power communication can indeed be fascinating. I once
- communicated with a friend using only a CMOS crystal clock
- oscillator putting out about 8mW into a full sized dipole.
