  13. I have an techtronixs 7904 oscilloscope and have 2 issues.
  14. (I do not have the manual for it,  unfortunately)
  15. 1. How do I calibrate it? Both the voltage and time base have "fine tuning"
  16.    adjustments. The scope has a calibrator knob with some ports near it.
  17. 2. Lets assume the voltage is NOT calibrated. Can I assume the ratios of
  18.    two voltages are true, calibrated or not. In other words, if
  19.    V1 reads 3V and V2 reads 8V (uncalibrated) can I assume V2 / V1 is the
  20.    ratio of the True voltages?
