  14.     Does anyone know a common buffer/driver that can connect between a
  15. NOR latch and single LED display? The only thing I can come up with is
  16. MM78C29, it can sink about 20mA which is what needed, but where can I
  17. order it from? Any clue... I am ordering parts which will be used in the
  18. layout I designed to play Tit Tat Toe game... Thank you.
