  20. I'm looking for a voltage comparator that runs on +5V, and Gnd power supply,
  21. has TTL compatible output, and allows input voltage ranges of +/- 10V.  Most
  22. Voltage regulators limit the input voltage range to (V-)+1.5V and (V+)-1.5V.
