- I have a little problem with megabit-EPROMs:
-
- Are there any differences between 27c010-120 and 27c020-150 other than:
- - double memory
- - higher access time ?
-
- I was trying to replace the 1Mbit Eproms with 2Mbit, but the system does not
- recognize the chips at all. At least, when I am trying to read from the
- 2Mbit Eprom the system acts as if there was no chip at all.
-
- _BUT_ when I used another chip with a different software on, there seem to be some bits
- that can be read. Otherwise it appears similar to the other chip.
-
- BTW, my prommer works fine with those 2Mbit chips. It recognizes them, writes to them, and
- reads with _no_ error at all.
-
- What is the problem?
