  13. I have a little problem with megabit-EPROMs:

  15. Are there any differences between 27c010-120 and 27c020-150 other than:
  16. - double memory
  17. - higher access time  ?

  19. I was trying to replace the 1Mbit Eproms with 2Mbit, but the system does not
  20. recognize the chips at all. At least, when I am trying to read from the 
  21. 2Mbit Eprom the system acts as if there was no chip at all.

  23. _BUT_ when I used another chip with a different software on, there seem to be some bits
  24. that can be read. Otherwise it appears similar to the other chip.

  26. BTW, my prommer works fine with those 2Mbit chips. It recognizes them, writes to them, and
  27. reads with _no_ error at all.
