- As far as I know, there is not a single meteorite in our collections known
- to come from a meteor shower. Those cometary particels seem to break up very
- easily, and have hardly any chance of reaching the ground.

- If there is any meteorite-class that comes from comets, it's the CI-class of
- carbonous chondrites. They seem to have formed in a warm, wet enviroment,
- but, of course, the possible parent body is not known.
