- Most of the books recommend that you not use your current running shoes as
- daily wear shoes. This is because the mid-sole becomes crushed and requires
- time between runs to regain its cushioning. Could be true. Most of us runners
- have between 1 and 15 old pairs of running shoes in the closet that have lost
- too much cushioning to use for running but are still find for regular wear. So,
- there is really no need to risk wearing your current running shoes for anything
- but running.
