- WOW Indeed. Dumping your hands would solve all of those running
- form problems too!!!!

- Actually, I was always told by my high school cross country coach
- to take an old pair of socks and use them as mittens. When it
- got to warm, you drop the socks and don't worry about them at
- all. It's much more efficient then dropping your gloves that
- cost a couple of dollars each, or even your hands which are
- irreplaceable!!!!
