  17. Hi!  I am thinking of joining the Army and I have a few questions.
  18. I would like opinions on what to expect in Basic training.  I would
  19. also like some suggestions on how to get into shape before reporting
  20. to Basic.
  21.
  22. A friend recommended that I begin doing pushups, situps, and plently
  23. of ruck marches. While I do not doubt that this information is true I
  24. do not know how many or how far.  How fast should the ruck march be,
  25. with how much weight, and how far?  I would appreciate any workout
  26. suggestions.
  27.
  28. Thanks in advance,
  29.
  30. Sean
  31.
  32.
  33. PS:  Should the workout be done while wearing heavy combat boots?
