- Hi! I am thinking of joining the Army and I have a few questions.
- I would like opinions on what to expect in Basic training. I would
- also like some suggestions on how to get into shape before reporting
- to Basic.

- A friend recommended that I begin doing pushups, situps, and plently
- of ruck marches. While I do not doubt that this information is true I
- do not know how many or how far. How fast should the ruck march be,
- with how much weight, and how far? I would appreciate any workout
- suggestions.
