- This summer, I removed the paint from my aluminum wheels and to do this,
- I had to remove the lead weights that were put on when the tires were
- balanced. I was wondering if tires actually have to be balanced and
- what happens if they remain without the weights. I've also wondered
- where the balancing weights are placed on the very expensive wheels? On
- the inside maybe?
