- "Anybody that can recommend a particular tool"

- As far as I'm concerned, the hand-operated vacuum pump is the way to go. I
- paid $30 for mine (Mity-Vac) at a local parts store and it came with the
- collection jar, a length of clear tubing, and a set of adapters that pop onto
- the nipple. Makes bleeding a snap. You can do the whole operation without
- touching the brake pedal, without spilling a drop of brake fluid, and without
- getting any air back into the system. The vacuum pump itself is an invaluable
- diagnostic tool. It's worth buying even if you don't plan to use it on brakes.
- You can use it to test MAP sensors, Thermacs, EECS, EGR valves, and more.
- Makes a perfect Christmas gift. The Mity-Vac is all plastic and looks pretty
- cheesy, but I haven't had any problems with it - it really sucks, so to speak.
