  10. Anybody know the specifics about the new emissions law passed. 
  11. Supposedly will be instituted by 1996 with 150 or so state run stations
  12. to chck every car in PA every two years. They said 90% of people will
  13. only have to drive 15 minutes to a station. ??? If your car doesn't pass
  14. they want you to spend up to $450 to try to make it pass, if it doesn't
  15. pass then you get a waiver for two years and are allowed to drive the
  16. car anyway.  Anybody know about this new law??
