- Anybody know the specifics about the new emissions law passed.
- Supposedly will be instituted by 1996 with 150 or so state run stations
- to chck every car in PA every two years. They said 90% of people will
- only have to drive 15 minutes to a station. ??? If your car doesn't pass
- they want you to spend up to $450 to try to make it pass, if it doesn't
- pass then you get a waiver for two years and are allowed to drive the
- car anyway. Anybody know about this new law??
