  15. I have a 1981 Omega oldsmobile, and I too have found burnt oil emitting from 
  16. the exhaust pipe. I also have observed this coming from the interface where the
  17. mainfold pipes attach to the piston housing. Have the other people observed this?
  18. My neighboor suggested that the gasket has become worn causing oil to seep into
  19. the pistons, although I have not inspected my sparks for soot. It seems plausible.
  20. I would be interested to hear if any one else sees a different cause of this
  21. problem.
