- I have a 1981 Omega oldsmobile, and I too have found burnt oil emitting from
- the exhaust pipe. I also have observed this coming from the interface where the
- mainfold pipes attach to the piston housing. Have the other people observed this?
- My neighboor suggested that the gasket has become worn causing oil to seep into
- the pistons, although I have not inspected my sparks for soot. It seems plausible.
- I would be interested to hear if any one else sees a different cause of this
- problem.
