- I have a similar problem with my 1980 305 V8 Firebird. I changed the PVC
- valve which sometimes helps and got a slight improvement but still I get
- the burst of oil smoke at start up when the car has beeen sitting over a
- couple of hours. Any ideas would be appreciated.
