- I live in MN and have never had a problem. It's been 30F below zero and the
- windshield washer fluid is just fine. Cold as hell (stuck my hand in it
- at 25 below once. Don't do that!), but fine. If you're having trouble,
- make sure that you don't buy the duluted stuff. A common brand around
- here is Splash. It's duluted and proably shouldn't be used if you're worried.
