  18. I live in MN and have never had a problem.  It's been 30F below zero and the
  19. windshield washer fluid is just fine.  Cold as hell (stuck my hand in it
  20. at 25 below once.  Don't do that!), but fine.  If you're having trouble,
  21. make sure that you don't buy the duluted stuff.  A common brand around
  22. here is Splash.  It's duluted and proably shouldn't be used if you're worried.
