- I'd like to add the following info about FRAM/Porsche:

- FRAM really does stand behind their product. When their filter detroyed
- my 1986 944 Turbo they stepped up an said "Yes, it was a problem with
- our filter." (It happened to other's too I guess.) They gave me $4500
- more than I payed for the car - they offered and I accepted without any
- dickering. That said, I would stick with the Porsche filters. The
- difference in price is very small in the big scheme.

- P.S. Bought an '87 944 Turbo and used Porsche filters from then on.
