  11. One day when I was driving to the grocery store and was parking my car,
  12. I turned off my key (just playing) before my car was completely in the parking
  13. space.  At the moment I turned of the ignition, the steering wheel locks up.
  14. I know this is normal since the PS needs some vacuum from the engine (right?)
  15.  
  16. My question is, what if the car's engine stops running (an engine problem...) 
  17. while you're on the road?  The steeling wheel locks and you can't control 
  18. the car!
