  23. Just becaue you had a thought provoking discussion, ti doesn't mean
  24. the conculsion was correct.

  26. If you think the results of the questionaire in CU are baised against
  27. Americans and for Japanese because we are essenitally told by society
  28. how to think about our car then:

  30. Why is it that in CU just about Toyota cars(Celicas, Corollas, Camrys)
  31. uniformaly are black in ratings for reliablilty of their exhaust
  32. systems? **IF what you are saying is true then their should not be a
  33. pattern such as this.**    The reason why it is plain and simple, Toyota
  34. exhasut systems rust out.  Take a look at the muffelers in some of the
  35. 87-88 Corollas or Chevy Novas, you'll see a lot of them are brand
  36. knew.  Shouldn't the Japanese car owners have selectively deleted this
  37. fault from their memory?

  39. Have you ever looked at the reliability ratings or just glanced and
  40. decided everyone is baised because it does not show the results you
  41. wished it would.

  43. Why is it that the Ford Crown Victora had great reliability while the
  44. Chevy Caprice Sucked? At the time(late 80's) they were very similar and
  45. very American. Did these Ford owners think the cars
  46. were Japanese?

  48. Same with Dodge Dakota(great reliability) vs. the Chevy trucks.

  50. I bet I can go through the whole book and find contradictions which don't
  51. coroborate with your theory.
