  25. And probably rearended right out of the lot by some stupid idiot who can't tell
  26. the difference between the tail and brake lights.  The High-mounted
  27. brake light is *VERY* effective in preventing rearend accidents.  I think in
  28. some experiments (don't know particulars) there was a 60% reduction in rear
  29. end accidents with the light.  Regs on lights *should* be (IMHO, OC) 
  30. Halogens/Fogs/Running/TS mandatory in front, Marker/TS mandatory on both front
  31. and rear sides, and Separate Brake/Tail and Amber TS/White Reverse in the back.
