  104. The Guide is an amazingly ambitious project started by John Farrell in January
  105. 1990. After about 18 months he got sick to death of it and passed it on to
  106. Sverker Johansson. If you search for introduction, you will get the official
  107. introductory file for the Guide which is far more useful than this one!
  108.   The guide is available by anonymous ftp from brolga.cc.uq.oz.au (thanks
  109. Bertie!) in the file pub/sfguide6.tar.Z. This includes Sverker's program
  110. gtex.c which will take the entire guide file and convert it to a rather nice
  111. format for tex (search for program to get the C code).
