- I am trying to assemble a team of people to design and build
- my home (final cost for everything must be less than $180K for
- approx 2000+ sq.f. home). The lots that I am considering are
- in West Suburban Portland.
-
- Does anyone have recommendations for a good (reasonably priced)
- Real Estate Laywer?
-
- How about an Architect or Home Designer? Do I need one and
- how much should I expect to pay her/him?
-
- Has anyone worked with a skilled Home Builder/General Contractor
- that produces houses at my price point?
-
- Should I also consult with a landscape architect after lot selection
- and during house design?
-
- I have never owned a house before so I am as green as they come in
- these matters, please lend me some sage advise!
-
- Thank you,
-
