  13. I am trying to assemble a team of people to design and build
  14. my home (final cost for everything must be less than $180K for
  15. approx 2000+ sq.f. home).  The lots that I am considering are 
  16. in West Suburban Portland.

  18. Does anyone have recommendations for a good (reasonably priced)
  19. Real Estate Laywer?

  21. How about an Architect or Home Designer?  Do I need one and 
  22. how much should I expect to pay her/him?

  24. Has anyone worked with a skilled Home Builder/General Contractor
  25. that produces houses at my price point?
  26.  
  27. Should I also consult with a landscape architect after lot selection
  28. and during house design?

  30. I have never owned a house before so I am as green as they come in
  31. these matters, please lend me some sage advise!
