  19. On the other hand, I was very pleased with them.  In changing a flat I
  20. managed to snap off one of the bolts.  I was able to get the car to
  21. them on the remaining three bolts, and expected a big charge for
  22. replacing some complicated wheel assembly.  Instead, it was about $25
  23. including fixing the wheel, fixing the flat, and changing the tire.
