- This is constantly brought up on other newsgroups. Don't use SLIP over
- NNTP. You'll get much better performance if you take down the line, do
- it via UUCP, and bring back the SLIP connection. You'll get decent
- performance if you use the UUCP protocol over your SLIP connection.

- Contrary to popluar belief, INN works wonderfully in a batched
- environment. One of the netnews sites I run is entirely UUCP based and
- INN works like a champ. C news is a slightly more obvious choice for a
- UUCP-only site, but I wanted to install INN there to learn it before I
- installed it other places.
