  21. Well, if New Hampshire is ok, Ledyard National Bank has a system whereby
  22. if you don't go below your minimum, there is no charge for foreign
  23. ATM transactions. If you do, the charge is $2/month, regardless of
  24. number. The minimum for my account there is $400 AVERAGE monthly balance,
  25. which isn't hard to meet if your paycheck stays in there for a week
  26. or so.
