- I just got a brochure for "Designing and Writing Effective Online Help,"
- presented through the University of Washington College of Engineering.
- Don't know anything about the seminar besides what's in the brochure,
- but the instructors, David Farkas (farkas@u.washington.edu) and Judy
- Ramey (judy@palenque.uwtc.washington.edu,jramey@u.washington.edu) are
- known to me as respected scholars and practicioners in the field.
