  17. I just got a brochure for "Designing and Writing Effective Online Help,"
  18. presented through the University of Washington College of Engineering.
  19. Don't know anything about the seminar besides what's in the brochure, 
  20. but the instructors, David Farkas (farkas@u.washington.edu) and Judy 
  21. Ramey (judy@palenque.uwtc.washington.edu,jramey@u.washington.edu) are
  22. known to me as respected scholars and practicioners in the field.

  24. Make sure it's reasonably applicable to you (online help is but a
  25. subset of online documentation).
