- The fact that Bill Clinton's state of Arkansas is still near the
- bottom in many issues is VERY misleading. Sure, Bush says
- Arkansas is 49th in this 50th in that, 40th in this, and other crap.

- He doesn't realize the 'delta-Arkansas' (if I may) variable.
- Before Clinton became Governor of Arkansas, the state was about the
- worse in the country in many issues. Since his becoming Governor,
- Arkansas has moved VERY MUCH AHEAD in those same issues. It's just
- that moving from 50th to 35th in the country still looks really
- crummy in some people's eyes.

- This information came from a book written about Clinton (the name eludes
- me right now) and the way Bush used this information to try to win the
- election was VERY tacky.
