  15. I am an MBA student currently completing my second year at Manchester 
  16. Business School.  As part of my studies I will be studying in Barcelona from
  17. January to the end of March 1993.  I would like some help with accomodation
  18. as close the "Zona Universidad" as possible.  Ideally I would like to rent a 
  19. small flat for this period, but I would be willing to share or rent a room 
  20. in a house etc... I am 35 and speak Spannish.  
  21. I would also be willing to house sit as I am good at maintenance and own a 
  22. flat in the centre of London
