  12.  COURT ALLOWS INSURANCE CUTS:
  13.     Supreme Court action Monday will allow employers to sharply cut 
  14.  health insurance coverage for workers with AIDS or other costly 
  15.  illnesses. Without comment, justices declined to hear the plea of 
  16.  the estate of John McGann, whose Houston employer cut AIDS 
  17.  coverage from $1 million to $5,000 after learning he had the 
  18.  disease in 1987. McGann died last year at 47.
