  22. A case manager works with clients in about the same way, but
  23. usually the case manager has to go to each of his clients in there
  24. own home setting. His/Her case load may be large and each client
  25. may be in a different home. My job is more structured and all my
  26. clients live in the same area (6 to a home with 3 homes). The staff
  27. does the actual hands on work with the clients and I just watch,
  28. take notes and advise. I then write up objectives or lesson plans
  29. to help reach different goals the individual will be striving to
  30. reach. There are many professionals who work with the clients that
  31. aid me in the deciding what works best for the client but the
  32. ultimate decision comes from the client. He/She controls what is
  33. going to be worked towards and we advise.
