Sorry to say Bill, you stepped into it this time. ADA doesn't
require an employer to supply and individual with durable medical
equipment.  If you need a wheelchair, tricart, hearing aid,
crutches etc it is your responsibility to get them. Now they can be
good sports and get one for you.  But if there like most place,
hell will freeze over first. Good part is that they can't fire you
for the request, that is covered under ADA.
