  25. no, you are *not* lucky - that is the whole point! using COD costs a little
  26. more, but it is worth it for this very reason. if you are spending $X00 on
  27. something, think of it as the same as the premium you would pay to 
  28. get travellers' cheques. and if the guy won't take COD, that is a dead
  29. giveaway, since it costs the guy nothing if he is legitimate.
