- no, you are *not* lucky - that is the whole point! using COD costs a little
- more, but it is worth it for this very reason. if you are spending $X00 on
- something, think of it as the same as the premium you would pay to
- get travellers' cheques. and if the guy won't take COD, that is a dead
- giveaway, since it costs the guy nothing if he is legitimate.
