  30.  Not sure how it's a free speech issue.  But I'm not certain what you
  31. want to do.

  33.  Are you volunteering to travel to everyone's residence who is trying to
  34. sell a computer and verify that they are selling manuals and and disks?

  36.  I don't see how else you're going to accomplish this mission.

  38.  And then what about the new Apple Macintosh's our school is selling that
  39. come with free software loaded on the disk, but no manuals or disks.
  40. Why even IBM is selling computers with OS/2 loaded this way.(they might
  41. have a small manual)

  43.  As far as selling older versions of software.  I don't care about this,
  44. and it's not a violation of copyright law.  It's a legal copy.

  46.  I've got software without manuals, and I've got manuals without disks.  If
  47. someone besides me might have a use for that, I'd certainly be glad to 
  48. give these to them.

  50.  But like anything, it should be clear what the buyer is going to receive.

  52.  Besides, I'm not going to start burning people for piracy until the
  53. software companies stop trying to charge me $70 for a stupid computer
  54. game.  I'm kind of selfish, I feel my wallet is much more important than
  55. the wallet of some software company.
